Scorched Earth - Tank campers on mountain

This has to be one of the most frustrating things in the game. A couple of no-life campers with their tanks sitting on the mountain in Scorched Earth. You can't do anything about them, and they just keep sitting there.
EA, do something about this, it's so annoying!
