Singapor Ranked Match‑making Issues
- Matchmaking now takes too long, causing players to leave the queue out of frustration. Matchmaking time now exceeds actual playtime. It takes around 15 minutes to find a single match.
- Please show the number of players in the matchmaking queue. Ranked matches on the Singapore server are only playable from 9 PM to 12 AM SGT. This situation is terrible. New players will never figure out how to get into ranked lobbies. If veteran players leave this ranked mode, there will be no one left to match. （We are already barely able to find matches now.）
- Cheating is another major concern, and your anti‑cheat performance is poor. There is a four‑man cheating squad in Singapore‑server battle royale ranked mode, widely known among regular players. We have shared their in‑game IDs and SteamIDs on Discord for months, yet these accounts have never been banned. Manual review is urgently required. We are ready to provide video evidence. Please set up a dedicated Discord channel or other dedicated reporting channel. Current reporting tools via the EA official website and in‑game report function are largely ineffective.
I have nearly 2000 hours of playtime in Battle Royale. I am a big fan of battle royale, but Singapore ranked can barely find matches now. We only get around three hours of playable time each day, and this situation is unacceptable.
