Skill gapp

I nee some feedback on the following. When is start playing bf i found it very difficult. I didnt played shooters online in a long time because the learning curve in most shooters is to high for a casual player like me, but i known bf sinds 1942 so i thought is should give it a try. By playing, practicing, i began to figure out how to play (map positioning, tactis, teamwork and so on. But most important how to actually enjoy the game. also spent hours on getting settings right. But i keep running in to the following issue;

I have noticed this before, but i have now tested it for myself over the last few days. When i play in the afternoon (EU) everything goes fine. Lately i have been playing a lot off Attack/Deffend Because weirdly i found this more manageable than conquest, especially Eastwood because positioning and tactics feel more meaningfull there. However, when i play the same mode in the evening it becomes litarly unplayable for me. I go from steady k/d to getting killed 15 times before i got a change , i cant even walk 5m after spawning before getting dropped. I go from having 50/50 change in a gunfight, and on a good day i win 3 before getting killed, to not having any change at all. Its like every bullet in the map hits me even from behind bushes etc.

so i finally found the fun in the game again, and because i was getting better and had some days off recently i could sometimes play in the afternoon. Normally because off work i only play in the evening. I dont know wat to do to enjoy this game, how is there such a big gap? i know there are probely more skilled player at some times but in the afternoon they where there to. How do i go from somewhere in de middle to the bottum in few hours?

Note; before this a played a lot of casual but because of negative k/d the mode is destroyed. It just a campout eveybody focused on not ketting killed instead of playing objectives.

I just need some advice how to compete as a casual player, without criticizing, to enjoy this game.
am i missing something? sbmm, lobby quality?
