Slide should be removed completely

Agreed with no shooting. I don't mind it being in game, but it should be used as a maneuver only, I don't think you should be able to combo jumping and sliding either, maybe jumping into a slide, but definitely not sliding into a jump.

Yes I can accept it as a maneuver, with an animation with open arms like he tries to stabilize his movement, an not able to shoot

Or could have their weapon clutched to their chest so it doesn't seem like you just drop your weapon and it returns out of no where. Either way would be great.

Maybe the perfect way would be that you can only slide when you have your knife equipped, it would make sense, like in an hazardous run in open field to escape from a sniper, you need maximum speed and movement and you put away your rifle 

This is a slide in real life, it should be an occasional maneuver to reach cover, not an idiotic, cartoonish move.

I think only with the knife is a bit overkill, but that's just my personal opinion. Guns can handle a scraping. and tbh, I don't run around with the knife out lol xD
It's been a feature that's been META'd in a way in wasn''t supposed to be, and it should be fixed. I'm surprised we're almost in season 4 and with the amount of people that has this same opinion; it hasn't been dealt with yet.

It’s a bit overkill but more realistic, with the weapon clutched you have to add a quick animation where he lock his weapon to his chest and would be weird, it will slow the whole action. However I hope people will comment an like this post, it’s so annoying this cod stuff to be in BF

Never in the 6 years of my service have I ever slid up hill with any weapon system. Maybe downhill but never up a hill. 🤣 

Right! They should remove the ability to slide uphill!
