Waiting 10 minutes to start round/matchmake every round

Console servers with crossplay off (DO NOT want to play with sweaty pc players)

I understand there may be less console players than pc and you have to fill the lobby with bots after not being able to find enough people for the specific map/gamemode I choose, but it’s genuinely ridiculous how long it tries matchmaking for. Every single new round you’re sat there for what feels like 20 minutes each time just for it to inevitably do the same thing each time, doesn’t find enough people and eventually fills with bots. Just do that within 30 seconds and then replace bots with real players if it finds players to join. It’s such a simple thing to do and I’m assuming it’ll be fixed once they bring dedicated servers with server browser (if that’s what they’re doing…) but it’s getting so tedious and I don’t think we should have to wait until they MIGHT fix it along with server browser.

in short the fix you can put in for this is to:  

1• allow console only crossplay.  
2• shorten the matchmaking timer massively. Start the round with bots filled within a minute of trying to matchmake and then when players are found they join after the match has started and replace the bots. 
simple as that.
