Small maps?

I'm not sure how most people feel about the map sizes but Battlefield to me was always huge maps where where you had to use assets like jeeps, cars etc to get around the map efficiently. These maps you really don't even need those vehicles because you can just run there in no time. It feels more like I'm playing cod than battlefield which is kind of disappointing to me. I really liked the battlefield franchise because of the massive maps.
