Small QOL request - fixes & features
- Have the ammo pouch have a self use via holding the key, like the Falk gun in 2042
- Fix defib not registering issues in some geometry
- More improvements on net-code, dying behind cover happens too frequently
- A third pass on visibility, the overly blown bloom effect when looking outdoors, and the darkness when looking inside.
- Make the revives give more XP for a full 100 hp one
- Reduce the XP requirement for sidearm levels
