Yes, but the issue with that is they auto-fly to teammates, so when you are in a combat moment with a lot of friendlies it's nearly impossible to get it to yourself, even if you aim in a corner wall at your feet, it flies to nearby friendlies.
Thus a dedicated self use would be appropriate, just like the gun in 2042.
Albeit, the gun didn't have this issue, since it required precise aim you could just shoot on the ground and walk over it lol.
But the pouch will auto-lock to nearby friendlies. I died quite a few times trying to self heal with it and not being able to do so.
