Snipers too weak

Snipers need a buff. Non headshot 1-shot kills, critical headshots preventing revives and maps made for spawn campers are not enough. My suggestion: Whenever you pull the trigger, the closest enemy gets killed. 

And since you removed the revive stats from score board we have enough space for a new column: 360 no scopezZz. That would be so great and your new target group would love it!
