It means nothing to the company. EA and dev ops could care less.

They actually do care. They care about getting sued. I was kick banned for 72 hours because I reported abuse. AI started off kicking both people, the reported and the reporter. They've tweaked it a little bit but as far as I see it is not effective. Now with this newest patch they have this big long EAULA stating they're listening to your voice comms and you need to accept in order to proceed. This gives them permission to record all your voice data and do whatever they want with it. This is supposed to help the voice abuse and it's not and I can say that for sure because last night there's a guy on there MF this and MF that and MFU and your mother and everything else. And it's always the same thing, this is a rated R game! Or this is a rated M game! And it used to be when it was only on PC. But now we have Consolers and most of them are under the age to see an r-rated movie or hear this kind of abusive talk. I don't really care for it myself either but if it's not aimed at me sometimes it's funny. Point being, electronic arts artificial intelligence is out of control it is not helping and it's pissing a lot of people off and I'm one of them. I have sent emails to electronic arts and said I purchased this game it's software that I own and when you kick ban my EA account I can't even play it single player and as far as I understand that's illegal if you don't give me a refund. And I'm sure a lawyer would agree.
If everybody started demanding refunds I think they would change their tune. At least when I started threatening with lawyers they got off MY back.
Think about it.
