Some advise how to make better the game

Some advise how to make better the game and what we miss from the game.

1. Kids with RPG. Some pople ( probably kids or Cod players ) ruin many times our match start ! They just see they cant reach the attack heli first,and they just RPG it out ! WHat !? Why ? 
There is no any punishment for them,and i met this problem always on every third match ! 
They ruin our start,and gives huge benefit to oponnent team !
And dont talk about our team mood after this ! 

However,this problem need solve ASAP . Need some detection,maybe who shot out any non-used friendly vehicle in first 15 seconds of the match,will be automaticaly banned for 2-3 days ? Only kicking will not fix this ! They need to learn the lesson ! 

2. Squad spawning. Horrible.
We need to see squad member names in left corner as was in BF4 for example. It makes possible to fast spawn on squad mate. For example : If squadmember takes vehicle from the base, i cant spawn on him,cause i totally cant see him from the lot of vehicle slot at the base ! 
Please fix it,and will good also to see their health status ingame while im death and waiting for respawn. 
Now i know their live-or not alive status only from the zooming into map,which is slow and non practic.

3. Can we finally get please kick option from vehicles ? 
If i finally get my chopper,or any vehicle,some stranger with total no skills joined and sit into vehicle as gunner. Blocking my seat which i would like to give for my squad mate. Randoms are many times blind and deaf also. If i would like to play only with my squad mate,please let it possible.
Stop random players blocking my gunner seat !
