Squad Retention at End of Match Needs More Visibility

I’ve noticed something that feels a bit underutilized in Battlefield 6: the option to stay with your squad at the end of a match.

Right now, it’s very rare to see players actually choose to remain with their squad, even when the teamwork was solid. I think one of the main reasons is simply that the option isn’t highlighted enough. Many players probably don’t even think about it, or just skip past it without noticing.

In my opinion, this feature deserves more visibility, but also more incentive.

One idea could be to reward players who stay with their squad by giving them a small XP bonus at the end of the next match. Nothing game-breaking, just enough to encourage players to stick together. This would naturally promote better team cohesion and more consistent squad play across matches.

It’s a bit of a missed opportunity right now, especially for solo players. Sometimes you end up in a really good squad with effective teammates—great medics, supportive players, strong coordination—but once the match ends, everyone just disperses.

Encouraging players to stay together would improve the overall Battlefield experience, reinforce teamwork, and make squads feel more meaningful from one match to the next.

What do you guys think?
