Stationary and Mobile AA Gun Flashes are too Bright

I am sure there are plenty of people that have noticed and reported but the flash when shooting the AA guns is way too intense.  Eye searing at times.  It needs to be toned way down to make it comfortable.  Granted,I haven't tested if there is a difference in HDR vs non HDR etc but it's something worthy of looking at. Especially in the vehicle it can make it difficult to go into FP and aim.  I almost always stick to TP.  The stationary/on the ground is just as bad.
