Steam Admin Community Forum Abuse of power.

Hi cajun i understand your frustration. The forums needs a place where we can post cheating scores  and video and people spam cheats and threats etc.  And a admin that can red flag these people that works it.

Also calling the person that name  isnt the worst thing  due to sevre cheatign we all see every game we play.  But  try to say it on another way. Even if true  its not good to post that.  We  all cheaters are liers,thieves and have no skill and cant even break even in  any game mode most of time. The old bf5 forums did nothing but protect and try to ignore any report about a cheater.  Pretend that cheaters are special and might get harrassed a bit if there name is used.   Yet these cheaters harrass 1000s a day. Many time spamming threats  or in party.  Horrible language tell others to get cancer and mocking those  disabled or in some way.    This isnt kind people you want represent your game.  There should be a ban number and list.   Streamers are the worse cheaters. Ban them as a example.   The company should pay a legitame streamer from their company. He  would be a good investement .  So what if he doesnt have greatest skill.   Things have been  done wrong.  Streamers have been exposed all over you tube.  Only the weakest people  or thos naïve . You can advertise in a another way.  have ai make videos showing the bans,cheaters etc .  There needs to be a new way.  I dont play a game  and then care what another person is doing.  I play myself like most people . These people are watching streamers and then buying the same cheats that streamers are using.  They are involved.  They then treat other gamers in a toxic way like the streamers.  Its poison and a sure way to lose sales no matter what advertising you think your getting .  The cheating streamer is fleecing you.

Oh and by the way, "some studies highlight high rates in X" is basically google's way of saying don't use empirical data to be racist. 

cheating sucks, but it's not about nationality, race, financial status or any of that and everything to do with a disregard for the enjoyment of others. I hate the cheaters too. And YES when I see a mandarin name VPN their way into a north american server, it's kinda sus....cuz why would you seek out worse ping, unless you're cheating. it's not because they're chinese, it's because the logic doesn't make sense, and part of that logical train is their presumed geographic location not their skin colour. 

@paradigm, where would you rather they VPN to? If they are going to VPN, it makes sense to VPN to somewhere where the population/popularity of the game will give them lots of server options. That, and they will be using a more direct fiber connection instead of VPNing to Europe.  If you VPN to any other Asian/Oceanian country, they will have the limited server choice that people report.

Why do many of them VPN? Politics.
