Hi cajun i understand your frustration. The forums needs a place where we can post cheating scores  and video and people spam cheats and threats etc.  And a admin that can red flag these people that works it.

Also calling the person that name  isnt the worst thing  due to sevre cheatign we all see every game we play.  But  try to say it on another way. Even if true  its not good to post that.  We  all cheaters are liers,thieves and have no skill and cant even break even in  any game mode most of time. The old bf5 forums did nothing but protect and try to ignore any report about a cheater.  Pretend that cheaters are special and might get harrassed a bit if there name is used.   Yet these cheaters harrass 1000s a day. Many time spamming threats  or in party.  Horrible language tell others to get cancer and mocking those  disabled or in some way.    This isnt kind people you want represent your game.  There should be a ban number and list.   Streamers are the worse cheaters. Ban them as a example.   The company should pay a legitame streamer from their company. He  would be a good investement .  So what if he doesnt have greatest skill.   Things have been  done wrong.  Streamers have been exposed all over you tube.  Only the weakest people  or thos naïve . You can advertise in a another way.  have ai make videos showing the bans,cheaters etc .  There needs to be a new way.  I dont play a game  and then care what another person is doing.  I play myself like most people . These people are watching streamers and then buying the same cheats that streamers are using.  They are involved.  They then treat other gamers in a toxic way like the streamers.  Its poison and a sure way to lose sales no matter what advertising you think your getting .  The cheating streamer is fleecing you.

Oh and by the way, "some studies highlight high rates in X" is basically google's way of saying don't use empirical data to be racist. 

cheating sucks, but it's not about nationality, race, financial status or any of that and everything to do with a disregard for the enjoyment of others. I hate the cheaters too. And YES when I see a mandarin name VPN their way into a north american server, it's kinda sus....cuz why would you seek out worse ping, unless you're cheating. it's not because they're chinese, it's because the logic doesn't make sense, and part of that logical train is their presumed geographic location not their skin colour. 

@paradigm, where would you rather they VPN to? If they are going to VPN, it makes sense to VPN to somewhere where the population/popularity of the game will give them lots of server options. That, and they will be using a more direct fiber connection instead of VPNing to Europe.  If you VPN to any other Asian/Oceanian country, they will have the limited server choice that people report.

Why do many of them VPN? Politics.

Many VPN to American servers because it's less competitive. Especially with the latest entry of battlefield being significantly less problematic to the Chinese government than 4 was I'd assume it's much more popular. There's not really a lot of reasons to VPN while gaming at all. The higher rates of cheating in Asia supports the idea that the scene is much more competitive, so you'd go to north American servers to cheat or to play in more casual games. I mean Korea was home to many of the best StarCraft players, they took gaming very seriously at least at one point in time. The only place I can see having any political reason to VPN , that still has the ability to buy BF and such, would be China due to the rumors of state mandated screen times and I have confirmed with a friend who moved to China, that that is BS, it doesn't happen and at worst was an experiment directed at children in high population cities for a short period of time that didn't really change anything because parents already limited their children's screen time on the whole as a cultural value.  So yes, when I see a player with a mandarin name and 210 ping I wonder whether they're cheating or simply using American servers because the games aren't as high level on average. Sure maybe they're like my friend, and live in China but have North American friends but you'd expect to hear them chatting with their friend and they always seem to be alone. I'm not saying that every single Chinese player you see in a given server is cheating but I'm saying it raises questions. Not because of nationality but because of logic. Playing in servers where you have an obvious disadvantage simply doesn't make sense unless there's some other advantage like more casual games or you're giving yourself the advantage by cheating.

If you're playing in American servers you'll likely run into primarily, American cheaters, but saying they're all white trailer trash is completely out of touch, other regions cheat more and cheat engines aren't typically free if you're gonna get through an anticheat worth any salt.

I say you got what you deserved. You know what would happen if you said that all cheaters are "N-word", so why it shouldn't be otherwise in this case?

I am sure many of you are aware that the term [Edit - CM] are a derogatory term towards men of Afro/Caribbean origin, i have reported players using these names for offensive names policy but it seems that EA staff including Mods are not interested in dealing  with it  On both occasions i got the stand bot reply we will not be taking action this time.

For goodness sake does anyone working for EA actually care or is it just public relations exercise or are the staff themselves racist?

At the very least they are complicit in Racism.

Most of these peopel using these names that are vulgar are known cheaters. And also using profanity or sexual names. There are discord cheaters . Who are allowed to cheat and  do this around children without any punishment. Also they sell and spread cheats.     The game is in a disturbing state.  we did 50 games of redsec and   75% of the people are cheating.     Little or nothing is done and we have  people with 70,000 and 40,000  who are rage hacking  .They dont even try to hide it. Its not just a few we are talking thousands

Zero tolerance means 0 and this is good. Imagine giving a warning for all the hate posts. This is not a democracy, its EULA. You decided to break the agreement so they took you the rights to post. Thats it.
