Steam Pro Edition missing from EA App library and content (56자)

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my Battlefield 6 Pro Edition purchased through Steam.Here is my situation:

  • I purchased Battlefield 6 Pro Edition on Steam during Season 2.
  • The purchase is confirmed in my Steam purchase history.
  • My Steam account is correctly linked to my EA account.
  • The game launches and plays normally through Steam.
  • Other EA games appear correctly in my EA App library.

However, I have two problems:

  1. Battlefield 6 does not appear in my EA App library.
  2. My Pro Edition content (including the Lock On skin) has never been granted to my account.

I have already tried:

  • Logging out and back into the EA App
  • Clearing the EA App cache
  • Verifying my Steam and EA account link
  • Reinstalling and repairing the EA App

Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue.

I also tried contacting EA Help, but the website only shows:

"This issue isn't supported by advisors."

Could someone please check whether my Battlefield 6 Pro Edition entitlement is correctly registered on my EA account?

If necessary, could my account entitlement be refreshed or resynchronized?

I can provide my Steam purchase receipt if needed.

    Sorry to hear your Pro Edition content still hasn’t appeared, and thanks for listing everything you’ve already tried.

    First, Battlefield 6 not appearing in your EA app Library is expected if you purchased the game through Steam. If you bought the game on Steam, it'll appear in the Steam library. It wouldn't appear in the EA App unless you've also picked up a copy there too.

    The Steam version will remain in your Steam Library and can be launched directly from there, as long as Steam is linked to the correct EA Account.

    The missing Pro Edition content, including the Lock On skin, is a separate issue. Since the purchase was made during Season 2 and the content still hasn’t appeared, please check the following guide:

    How to find missing EA currency, items, and rewards

    You can scroll to the bottom of that page and select Contact us to reach the support team. Please have your Steam proof of purchase ready so they can review the transaction and missing entitlement.

    For Steam purchases, the proof should include full-screen browser screenshots of both your Steam transaction history and purchase confirmation email, with the page URL and purchase details visible:

    Unfortunately, we can’t refresh entitlements or grant missing content from the forums, but I hope the support team can get the Pro Edition content added to your account soon.
