STILL MISSING BETA REWARDs

I am still missing my beta rewards and I am not getting any help from the EA Helpdesk they just keep telling me to make a post on the form. What is the point if the forms tell us to reach out to the helpdesk if they are going to help or ask us to make a form post. I gave them all my info and what reward is missing but i gotten nothing the run around from them. All i wanted is for my issues to be resolved and not be running in circles. I posted my ticket 11 days ago and nothing what is the point if of contacting them if they are going to even help.
