They don’t care.
It was a PR stunt.
Preordering the game and not being able to play the full game apparently doesn’t qualify you.
EA support is set up to prevent you from communicating with them.
When a company doesn't send out compensation that doesn’t cost them anything you realise just how bad they are.
Imagine so blatantly insulting those who preorder your game
