Strike Point

So, I'm playing on xbox and I turned off crossplay and I tried playing strike point and couldn't start the match because it would never fill up with enough players....So my suggestion is to allow the game to start without a full game of players. 1v1, 2v2, and so on. If players join after the game begins let them wait until the round is over. Or better yet, let the players "practice" and maybe get 1/2 xp or whatever just so the players aren't stuck at waiting screen. I'm sure strike point servers will be more popular again if this is the case. Or attract players who want to play with smaller game modes like this. Players want to PLAY the game. Waiting takes the fun out of it. Strike point has a lot of waiting happening...waiting to start the game, waiting after they die, waiting for round change, waiting to flip sides. Granted waiting for round change and flip sides is to be expected. Waiting after they die is fine as well but waiting to start the game is the worst part. Please improve on this. Thanks!!
