[Suggestion] REDSEC -prevent tap out mechanic change

I suggest changing how tap out works for REDSEC battle royale. 

That change being: 

If you get downed and the enemy that downed you is with in 15metters of you or less you cant tap out.

The the reason for this change is to take advantage of the take down feature that displays the enemy squad on your map more often.  Its annoying that the downed player can take away your reward for wining a fight.

An example of my last match is why im suggesting this.

Last match, my team mate got take downed and my squad was reviled on the enemies mini map. I happened to down a member of the enemies squad and as i approached to perform a take down they taped out.  so i ran away but they found me and eliminated me. wish i could have used a takedown to see them coming for me and better prepare for my next firefight.
