Tank aiming sensitivity issue

So, it's technically the same camera on both clips, i just access it in different ways, and even though in those clips, i move my mouse the exact same distance, the turret travels far less on the second one.

Is there a sensitivity setting i missed, or is-it just a bug? I'd say it's not life-altering, but it doesn't help muscle memory, and as a tank lover, it bothers me!
