Terrible Team Balacing

EA you need to remove these Bull Crap Time Restrictions the fact people are backing out of RedSec Rank Play is because you give people the most Low Intelligence, tunnel visioned worthless teammates who will literally watch you die without lifting a finger to help anyone. Maybe give us what we Want A Fair Team Balancing System we are tired of the Bull Crap Excuses. Either Remove the Time penalties or give us a Skill Based Team System. 90% of my team mates are some of the most incompetent people I have ever met. We the players are tired of this Crap either fix it drop the penalties we are beyond pissed off at you EA. No more excuses fix the game or watch how fast the majority will abandon this game.
