People who can't play with bots and exploit this feature are unbearably crying.
(edit) This can be fixed by adding more servers and restarting inactive servers after a week. And bot stats don't count in profile. And that full XP is activated to level up whatever they want.
I think if XP only works for weapons it would considerably reduce the number of unbearable XP farms in the game.
Are you the game developer and advertiser of the game or a developer EA lawyer? The game's mechanics and advertising say that it will be fully advanced with portals and bots. Is it up to you whether the people who buy the game will play it or not? The game has the right to play what it promises. If there are no features, it is called misleading content.

As I said, the bot experience should be solely for unlocking weapon attachments, not for increasing your KD or soldier level. They are two different things.
Does it seem normal to see people with a level of 100 and a KD of 50 or more? That's called exploiting a broken mechanic.

Portal were never meant for xp and weapon most people are complaining because they do there weeklys on it because they dont have much time to play and enjoy bot lobbies more than others like HC Conquest. they should never nerfed portals to the ground just because cod players care about KD. Dice will lose alot of players if they don't change it. If you checked there discord or checked in here you know it's a huge issue for alot of OG BF players. Dice could have just changed it around where KD don't count in Portal or slowed down the xp.
The only crazy farming was with the SDK maps. They never should have lumped in the Portal website tool players. But to basically make Portal... 99% useless... is dumb AF.
If you are a player that has a very high KDR, you’ll still be able to “own” players, even if they earned a high KDR against bots. Think about that. You can still dominate in a lobby.

I totally agree with this. It's difficult to level up weapons in MP now, although the first 20 levels progress relatively faster, most of the critical attachments are unlocked only after level 20, that's why people choose XP Farms in portal.
I don't know how players in the US and Europe feel about this, but at least in East Asia (China, Japan, South Korea), people simply don't have that much time to play games. Imagine this: after finishing a day of work or study, you come home, turn on your PC, and just want to relax for a moment in a game. But then you realize your low-level weapon is completely outmatched by the high-level weapons on the other side. At that point, fighting bots in the portal to level up becomes your only option.
Also in China, some jerks set up persistent servers on XP farms through portal access, then list them for sale on trading platforms. Why not let EA Shanghai do its job and take down these **bleep** hogging the servers?

What are you even talking about? Who cares about stats? I dont even know where stats are nor do I see a ranking page not that id care if there was one. You must be the guy that never plays the objective & you're team loses but as long as you're kd was decent its a win right? I work 10 hr days & only play on days off when have time for it & I choose bots over stat **bleep** like you & those alike. I bought this game for the campaign & ability to play bots & unlock stuff. The toxicity of multiplayer rooms is not my thing. Give me back my 70.00 & Id gladly go on my merry way.
Well, you're wrong. I've been playing objective. I've been playing this series for 23 years (BF1942). I'm not new.
I'm not interested in KD. It's the thing I pay the least attention to in my stats. If I mention it, it's because it would be difficult to distinguish a real profile from a cheater. I don't know if you understand what I mean by this. That's why I ask that only stats be counted when killing a human, not a bot.
Regarding full XP, I think it should come back and allow you to unlock all weapon attachments without any issues, as long as the fake stats in profile don't count (kill bots). Simple as that.
