This is BF6 Anti-Cheat: Mysterious Facade, Guilty-by-Default Bans

So here’s the situation: I bought the BF6 Deluxe Edition on day one, got banned in November, and my appeal didn’t go anywhere. I’m not posting this to try to get unbanned—honestly, after everything that’s happened, I’m completely done with EA games. No more Battlefield for me.

What frustrates me the most is how vague they are about the reason for the ban. Want to know why it’s so unclear? Because they don’t actually know whether you cheated. They’re just scanning your memory, comparing it to some blacklist, and they can’t even confirm if the flagged item was actually running inside BF6. That’s what I mean by an unfair deal—guilty until proven innocent, zero tolerance, scorched-earth approach.

I used to believe BF6 had a really strong anti-cheat system. Then I got banned, and now I see the reality: it’s overly aggressive, questionable in its methods, and frankly not very thorough. I can promise on everything important to me—I never cheated in BF6. But I likely had a trainer or mod menu for other single-player games installed on my PC. So what? My computer is for gaming, and using tools in my own offline games is my personal choice. BF6 has no right to monitor and control my entire system. A truly effective anti-cheat would detect cheats that are actually active inside the game, not ban players just because they have mods stored somewhere on their hard drive.

So yeah, because the system couldn’t properly distinguish the difference, I got permanently removed. The explanation they give sounds mysterious and official, but in truth? It’s just a way to hide the fact that they don’t really know what they’re doing.
