Might be a server lag issue. Suppression is spotty at best or requires sustained fire to achieve. In a CQ surprise fight lag really favors the laggy player. Your hits don’t reg as quick. I’ve consistently lost firefights that appear to start simultaneously, but the other player wins with 15-20% health consistently. And on several occasions I’ve seen their health bar continue to drop taking my damage after I’m dead. Lag is awful in this game.
