Turn off crossplay or fix voice

I'm a PC player. I'm not here to talk about aim assist. From what I've seen from many years of gaming is that aim assist isn't much of an issue anymore. Unless they use Cronus. 

I'm here to talk about the absolutely disrespectful and toxic console players.

In regular BF its not an issue. Turn off voice chat. In REDSEC its a big issue. I get a REDSEC match and I get 3 PS players. What happens next? Well, normall at least 1 to 2  are open mic. They are listening to tik tok on full volume in my ear or talking to someone else loudly, on a phone call, or just has a household of the loudest humans imaginable. Even if none of that is going, their TV is turned up so loud that I hear their shots twice, plus the enemy shots, plus my shots, plus a mouse fart in their wall, plus the neighbors having sex. If you ask them to mute, they berate you with anything to avoid any responsibility for what THEY clearly are doing. They say some of the most awful stuff to their whole squad. When they fail to get a single kill all match, YOU are trash, not them. 

"okay, just mute them" HEY! Great idea! Oh wait, in a squad of 4 1 to 2 can't be muted for some reason now. Noticed this since 2 patches back. Can't mute them. Only action I can take to turn off voice chat. Sounds great except that these same people CANNOT use the pings system so now I have disabled the only communications they even had a clue how to use.

Either let us disable crossplay, turn these idiots down individually, OR FIX THE VOICE MUTING!
