Please make this weapon relevant and a viable, competitive option. DICE did the same thing with the UMP40 in BF4 and it was as puzzling a decision and the weapon is/was as and as useless in BF4 as it is in BF6.
Sure, it’s usable. But in most head to head fights vs someone as proficient as you are, the UMP 40 will lose to more competitive weapons.
Some guns take 6 headshots to kill at 20m. LOL. If you are looking for a realistic shooter this isn't it. I do agree that they need to give the weapons more personality though but I don't think it will ever happen.

What they really need to do is just drop the stupid .40sw thing, make it .45 and therefore 33.4 damage nobody is ever gonna use the UMG-40 how it is rn its completely useless
Well there is a .45 version of the MP5 SMG so that would be appropriate.
Anything to see these obscure, outmatched weapons become competitive! Like the L85 AR and other weapons that are so outclassed that nobody in their right mind would want to use them.
Sure. You can do okay with almost any weapon. However in head to head versus anyone with the same level of competence on the more competitive weapons will more often than not shred you.
