EA Anticheat TeamThe posted numbers you guys brag about would be impressive and appreciated far more if the anti-cheat software wasn't broken and leaving people like me, perma banned with no details as to how or why? I took many years off of gaming, played the BF6 beta and enjoyed it so I preordered the game on Xbox and preordered the phantom edition on my ROG Ally X for on the go just to get perma banned before ever having played a single game. I appealed the ban and still have not hear back from EA or anyone regarding what the issue was or how to fix it. If you look at my stats from the 2 games I played before getting banned you'll see my KD ratio is awful and that there is no possible way I or many others in the same situation, could have been cheating. I have never and will never. Please fix this issue or report what peripherals or programs could have caused it because i would love to have not wasted almost $200 on the game for two devices. I just want to play games.

I was perma banned too with no reason. The last game I played was singleplayer (escorting a tank with no success) with disconnects..... EA should also have a whitelist with software which is allowed, like aida64, logitech gaming software, corsair link etc.
