Upgrading my steam version via EA Play

Hello, I have the standard version on steam and wanted to know that if I buy EA play pro on the EA launcher thus unlocking the phantom edition and having my steam and ea accounts linked, can I claim all of the skins, battlepass 25skip etc and keep them essentially upgrading for half of what they're charging on steam?
