Vehicle and rocket changes must be reverted

Through all my hours in season 1 and 2 I've never felt frustrated or burnt out playing the game. Right now in season 3, every time I play, I want to immediately leave the game. Helicopters were already impossible to deal with outside of hitting them with an RPG and now with all the rocket nerfs and all the vehicle buffs, tanks and helos went from strong but not impossible to deal with to just straight up impossible to deal with. Hell, tanks are so overpowered now that you don't even need an engi repairing you. May as well just remove the blow torch from the game.

I honestly think I'm done with the game until the next season and just hope they change things back to normal instead of vehicles just being oppressive as all get out.
