Visibility still massive issue

Not sure if anyone else is still having major visibility issues or if it is just me but if I am outside looking into a building it is pitch black and if I’m inside looking out it is so washed out. Even when I’m outside some parts seem really washed out and when I am inside some areas of buildings (corners) are extremely dark, even in rooms/buildings that have lights or half the halls have been destroyed. The updates don’t seem to have changed much in this area of the experience. I’m playing on world brightness of about 40. I have changed all sorts of graphic settings and options on my actual screen settings to try and improve this issue but nothing is really working.
