We have 200k players rn, why am I joinning full bots lobbies?

When I click the "multiplayer" button (on normal matchmaking, not Portal) I expect to play a multiplayer game, not a bot festival.

I'm from South America, I get that the population is lower from the rest of the world, but I do not care to wait a few minutes longer on matchmaking just to make sure I play against REAL HUMANS, THAT'S WHY I BOUGHT THE GAME.

I don't know man, you guys release a semi finished product, a good one I give you that, but it's really hard to keep playing this rn.

(Also, why decrease conquest tickets? The game is already too COD, too quick matches, WHY?)
