Weapon assignments complete but not progressing

As the subject states, I am level 54 but I've found that when I complete a weapon assignment they are not unlocking the next locked one. Couple screenshots to show and yes i have tried different mod...

what? Click on the locked one and it should show you what is required to unlock it .

Did you all nerf RPG's?
Rpg's were doing, i forget exatly but i think it was 700-ish to the back of tanks, now its 218... TF? we dont need ANYTHING antitank being nerfed. we need anti tank BUFFS across the board.

aim assist stronger than before?
I am pretty sure 8- percent of my weird instant deaths are by control players ( not sure pc or console). They snap so fast on to me and do follow up shots with no recoil (?) Is that normal?
