Yep. Having to make thousands of kills to get some of the good attachments is horrible.
Makes me feel like just not wanting to try any new weapons I unlock because it will take so long playing with them feeling awful to find out how they actually play with the right attachments and you might decide you still don't like them after all that anyway.
Terrible design.
