By "real flow" I assume you mean sweaty unrealistic movement speeds and that wretched sliding. If they have reduced speed I am 100% behind it. Its ridiculous how fast player characters move on screen.
And as for animation cancelling, great stuff. animations anre there for a reason. Its how people really move. I consider that an exploit.
