What is HD textures for?
Can someone explain what HD textures for? are they 4k or 2k textures or a separate setting? I don't understand if I need this. I planning to play 2K on high settings, like I played in Beta.
They're just higher quality textures. They utilize more VRAM, you run out of VRAM = terrible performance. While as long as you do have enough VRAM, they do not affect performance at all. There's no point in installing them if your card doesn't have enough VRAM, so it's an optional install.
