As we all know there are many issues in the game personally if I could change one thing it would be the horrendous matchmaking. As I’ve complained before this game is riddled with cod players who sit back sniping or camping in corners and not playing objective and getting rewarded for it as the devs seem to think it doesn’t need addressing.
But seriously whats one thing you would change?
Probably restore PORTAL mode to its original form, without restrictions, with the ability to create your own (private) games, play for pure fun, with family and friends - with the unlocked ability to gain experience, achievements, weapon attachments.
That's what the game's creators promised us from the very beginning.
This would encourage players to come back and play, as most of us likely bought the game for this mode. After all, a game is supposed to be fun, not frustrating – something the creators likely forgot.
Removing matchmaking system & silly playlists and bringing in server browser with official and community hosted persistent lobbies.
R1ckyDaMan19 yeah overlooking objectives is fair, but there is a difference between that and people who sit far back in the map sniping, offering nothing to the team not even spotting players or vehicles, sat in a corner far from an objective or just sat in HQ with a tank farming kills. Most of the time when I’m capping I have no one watching or covering and there is usually just me and only 2 other people at most capping the objective. Most games finish very one sided like 800+ points, there’s rarely a close game.
The reason why bf6 red sec and other parts of the game feel like COD is because their devs were heavily involved in making BF6. Those COD devs want to either ruin this franchise or get people used to cod style games so they buy both BF & COD...RIP OFF!!!!!
I agree, when i first started playing bf3 online i had a blast until i found out they kept track of the KD/Ratio..When i saw mine it was like .39, then that took all of the fun out. I started to worry about my KD/Ratio and not have anymore real fun. I brought up to a 3.2 but I never had the same fun again..EA should give us the option to turn off our KD/Ration so the game can't keep track of it.
Me to, i bought the phantom edition and boy it was a let down...How about we sell their game to get some money back and just boycott EA, they seem to ruin a lot of games. Either the controls are funky, or they add those stupid micro-transactions...
One of the things i would change is with breakthrough...No tanks to start any of the maps with..You are setting the defending team up for failure right from the start...The attacking teams has all the goodies while the defending team has just about nothing until their last defender spot..WTF DICE!!!! Are you serious, you are setting people up to lose or if i feel i am being cheated during the game because of the map and vehicles, i just quit the game and leave..l don't care about the lost xp...Thats another thing, make the bf6 like 2042 to play just with bots and you can level up your weapons, class, rank, and all the same stuff....I am getting tired of COD players camping and not playing the objective like the game should be. But how can you in breakthrough when the defending team can't even take out a tank with 4 rockets...That is just way too crazy. Take some of the health away from the tanks, instead of them having a 1000 points, give them 400 so it can at least be evened out a little bit or just take the vehicles away. I have lost games in under 7 minutes because of vehicles. No one wants to play engineer and when you do, you can hit the tank 4 times with an rpg and still not blow it up. In of my previous posts, i will say it again. I am toying with the idea of selling this game and to stop playing it. Get rid of red sec, no one wants a COD Rip off...I hate how you have to play those games to get certain skins which sucks to. Also you can unlock everything in battle pass but if you don't pay for it you can't use the stuff you unlocked by beating the tiers...AGAIN, MONEY GRABBER EA!!! $20 a season, wtf that's a rip off...If anyone bought the phantom edition, all seaons and battle passes should be free..Yes i am that idiot that bought the phantom edition because the beta was that good, then DICE & EA changed all that stuff up and gave us crap again...Make the game like bf3 or bf4 able to unlock everything for free not just these crappy micro transactions..This probably will be my last EA Bought game. If i do another EA game i am going to just play on pc and get a pirated copy to play for free....I am so frustrated with EA, LET'S BOYCOTT THEM!!!! Any time they get a game or franchise, they ruin it. I haven't bought a ufc game since they took it over. When PS offers it for a free monthly game then i will try it, but the controls are all funky to or too slow to respond...Anyway enough of my rant, good luck playing a broken game that devs know how to fix but just haven't released them yet!!! I'm actually going to defend some people not capping an objective, maybe camping overlooking an objective trying to kill enemies as they go to it, very helpful, running around chasing flag captures isn't the only way to play the objective.
Portal with no minimum player requirement, or drop the requirement to 2.
