What's going on with my matchmaking?

I know they said the game will have team balancing, but my matches have really degraded in quality these last few days. Before I was getting a decent variety of matches. Now I am just getting the same sweaty matches where my team gets barely any kills, and I can't get 2 seconds off my spawn point. It's constant snipers, and getting steam rolled by tanks. It's the same pattern across every game type. The teams aren't balanced, it's completely 1 sided. 

I am against strict Sbmm and I think team balancing is essential. Especially in large games like Conquest. This just feels horrible thou. Why am I against meta abusing greasy fingered sweats for every single match. It's been like it for days now, and I can't just mess around and have a casual game anymore.
