Why are EA doing done about cheaters?

They are too soft on cheaters, it's meant to be a big secret, and we can't talk about them. Don't say their name.

EA/DICE is unable to actively fight them because new cheat programs (current and undetectable versions) are created faster than producers can react - as far as I know, you have a new version every 24 hours...

It is true that the situation is getting worse day by day, but nothing will be done about it in the long run - unless EA/DICE finally resuscitates the original PORTAL options, gives the host more power/the ability to react quickly and ban cheaters.

EA are just sticking their heads in the clouds about cheaters.  Reported someone for shooting through walls and EA took no action. 

What are they doing about cheaters?

Working on making BattleFart 7 and dreaming of the $80 you all will pay for it only to come here and complain about the same things

The truth is the cheaters will always be ahead of Javelin. Now that doesn't mean Javelin isn't catching some, but clearly not all. The biggest fix DICE could do is allow for easier reporting, so many times the cheater is using an in-game name that can't be reproduced when you type it in (a blatant clue DICE).

Half the lobby is playing Halo, jump shooting blindly around corners, killing me before landing. I can't even kill a guy, not missing a single shot from like 5 meters away, jumping from a window. So jumping down from a second story window isn't enough time to kill, but leaping off the ground is?

The Desync is so bad, it really is hard to tell. Is that by design? 

I also think people are cheating with the Controller icon as well now. Maybe they're spoofing it or something. It was a Heli gunner that went 100+ and like 1 death on Manhattan Bridge, on controller. I've only seen one other person do that, and I think it's the one person that actually got banned after I reported them. They were pretty obvious with their high ping, different language characters, insanely high kills per minute. 

You can't even leave text any more either. So you can't even clue them in what they should be looking for. 

Why can't they reverse engineer it? Yes it means someone in EA having to make a purchase (Company pay for it) download and then reverse engineer the cheats to see how it works, how to combat and how to implement a fix, surely that works or am I being thick and that's not possible?

I have no idea about how the cheats work because I cannot stand the low IQ disability to use cheats in a multiplayer game but surely if EA had a secret account, purchased, got the stuff downloaded (Like an insider) reverse engineered, found how it works and then secretly added a patch to catch them all and boom, ban instantly and patched would work?

yeah outrunning bullets ..or ducking/jumping over them..under them..

There serioysly need to be a one button reporting straight from the score board, just a tick button to press thats it. The current system can take half match to report just a few.
