Why are YT-ers allowed to create full XP farm servers but the av. players not?

Considering corpo shill folks already started to blame the average player for playing bot farm servers, let me remind you that the devs itself allowed some favored content creators to create XP farm...

that is true. But...I do not trust most of them anyway. They always have some crap to just look good
