Why BF fans hate Redsec?

I’m not an old BF fan, I’m almost new to franchise, I’m not a cod fan either, I played a bit warzone with friends, I like Redsec because it’s warzone but a lot better, more realistic, more battlefield.. I like both redsec and BF6, conquest especially, why the hate on one mode?😅

Наверное, из-за него те из нас, кто купил игру, застряли с едва играбельной бетой, пока пытаются привлечь игроков бесплатной версией с обычным Battlefield много проблем из-за redsec.

  • because it's free so it allows cheat makers and cheat users to test their scripts free of cost and repurcussion.

It also means the devs are balancing multyplayer with redsec in mind as well so they aren't updating two different games with different weapon statistics

I think Fort Lyndon should be perfect for conquest mode

Beyond the resource allocation already mentioned, there is also the worry that the game balance for multiplayer will be negatively impacted by the needs of Redsec.

I don't hate Redsec, it's just not my thing and I will never play it. I did however pay $70 for the multiplayer, and it's aggravating to see the efforts that go into the free-to-play mode. Or worst, seeing Redsec get stuff that should go into multiplayer first, or at least at the same time.

Honestly the only BR I tried are warzone and redsec, Fortnite and apex look like childish imho, I like Redsec because it’s grounded and military based without bs, and it does everything better than warzone. It’s like hating deathmatch or rush because aren’t conquest.. however yes it’s silly that is f2p, they should sell it apart from the game at this point, with some other maps. People who like Redsec hardly want to play regular BF modes, maybe I’m on of the few, a friend of mine like Redsec but he doesn’t like BF

  • As above, resources that should go into BF are instead going into a F2P clone for a dead game mode.  EA already owns Apex, which is one of the few successful..."successful" BR clones in existence.  They're directly competing with themselves for the same players.  Makes no sense.

Also, a F2P mode means hackers get unlimited free accounts to test hacks.

Honestly, if Redsuck was just a part of the paid game, I could care less.  The fact a F2P gets run by the money I had to spend for my paid game makes me unhappy, in kinder words.

  • You answered your own question Its warzone that's why. Battle royal hype is over and they just want to milk it till its dry. Also you could have the whole team dedicated to redsec be dedicated to the actual game. Instead now they both suffer with hella problems.
