Why can't I stay on server?

I get to the end of the match and wait for the next map to begin, and it just hangs.

Then I see the stay with squad press X and it hangs, then I see Continue Press Space and I do but guess what?? 70% of the time it hangs.

What happened to one map ends the next one starts so I can grab a slip of coffee in-between.

Today I was trying to report a cheat and timed out of the game.

Have your current developers played Battlefield in the past or just COD Because this is not Battlefield as we know and love.
