Why can't my 13yr old play battlefield

This is so stupid.&nbsp; I just want my kid to play a game he has been looking forward to and now he cant play it because he isn't old enough.&nbsp; This is so stupid.&nbsp; I bought him the game and the company doesn't allow him to play.&nbsp; I am more than comfortable with him playing mature game.&nbsp; Mind you he can play call of duty and star wars(which is made by EA also).&nbsp; This is so stupid.&nbsp; He can play fortnite and call of duty and gears but cant play battlefield.&nbsp; You are trash EA

The Pegi 16 is clearly stated on the box and also if you buy it via an online store, so you have no one else to blame but yourself.

It's very strange because after BF 2042 they made another BF for kids and not for veterans. It also seems strange to me because there are kids even younger than 13 in the game.

&nbsp;Can you go into your parental controls and allow him access?My son is 7 and I have to do it for him on some games. I get notifications when my kids wants to play a mature game. I just hit allow on my email and they get access.

Most likely it's a child account that their aon has. That's not something the guardian account can change as the child account has to age up naturally.

Do you know what the word recommendation means?

Pegi is not law nor parents have to follow it blindly and it's a bad design of the system to even allow a minor account to buy it if wont let him play it a text book scam and if there is anyone to blame in this is EA.
