Why don't they add a close-range chat and a better way to pick up your weapons?

The game needs a better way to manage your weapon classes and implement proximity and group chat. When you're playing alone, you want to have fun, but when you're not with friends, if a random enemy appears, it's better. I say this because I always want to play it and forget that Call of Duty exists.
