Why hasn’t EA added a system to split up ranks in matches?

I’ve had Redsec for a couple weeks now, and I’ve noticed that the matches don’t split up ranks. I’ve seen someone at level 150, even 400 go against people at level 15, and it really makes it a lot ha...

Thy makes a lot of sense, and that definitely helps my understanding of how they run it. But still, I think it would be nice if you could choose to categorize it from level 1-99 the 100-200 and so on or something like that. But the game is still great as is.
