Why is my account getting banned

My account was banned on May 27, 2026.I have already been banned for a month.

I have played for 447 hours and game level is LV.249

I did not use any cheating tools.

I used a game accelerator solely because there are no Hong Kong servers available in my region; I needed it to connect to servers in Asia or Europe (players in other regions can think of a game accelerator as a VPN). If my BF6 account was banned because I used a game accelerator, is that really the player's fault?

If EA has indeed detected that I used cheating tools, please inform me when and in which match the cheating software was used; otherwise, I do not accept the ban placed on my account.

I haven't disabled sharing for my game data, so anyone can search for and view my match history.My EA ID is R99isready

    We don't know the details of your ban here on the EA Forums. CMs have no visibility into sanctions on an account.

    However, if you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.

    1. Click Contact Us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game from which your account was banned or suspended. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage My Account, then Banned or Suspended Account.
    5. Click the Select Contact option.
    6. If you haven’t already done so, sign in to your account with the ban or suspension.

    Please let us know if these steps don't work for you and if you still can't submit your appeal!

    Thank you staff.

    I came to the forum seeking help from the staff because I was unable to create an appeal case.Strangely, when I checked the time information of my historical cases, none of the most recent cases were created by me.

    I believe my account has been blacklisted by EA, which is why I am unable to submit any cases.

    I'm also unable to contact online customer service. Are there any other ways to resolve this issue?
