Why is so much of the BattlePass tied to REDSEC?!?

I purchased the BattlePass yesterday and unfortunately see that a lot of the challenges are tied to REDSEC that I have no intentions of playing.  I bought Battlefield 6 and do not intend of swapping ...

Its disgusting that paying customers have to endure the battlepass to access the new guns.

Any new weapon should be in assignments and have 2 paths to obtain, core modes OR br.

It feels like to get the new guns I'm going to have to endure br.

I could buy the skips but I paid for the game, even premium gave all weapons to everyone.
