Will Phantom edition bonuses be available on other PS5 accounts?

Does anybody know if Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition bonuses (season pass, weapon skins, etc.) will be available on other PS5 accounts, or only on the account where the game was bought?

PS Store conditions state "You can download and play this content on the main PS5 console associated with your account (through the “Console Sharing and Offline Play” setting) and on any other PS5 consoles when you login with your same account".

However, I am not sure if this relates for all content, or just the core game only.
