Trust me, I'm not mad just pointing out how this is extremely flawed. With a response like that instead of trying to be helpful... makes me hope this flawed wrongful ban hits you. I know there are thousands of cases like mine after researching this. Meaning bf6 AI anticheat is flawed.. the reason for making this known by this post. Also, keep battlefield safe? What...From legit players... how does that make any sense....look at my gamer tag... I've played this game a long time and always played the same way... not one misconduct... not one ban...not one suspension for 20 plus years.. always played the games how its meant to be played. The generation i come from is I'm sure much older than you... that's how it was for us and how i still play games... never cheated in a video game and never will. Trolling is such a toxic thing my man, no anger here just trying to help fix something that's broke... if ea can't help then they are going to lose a long time player/customer... and honestly if the community is like you... I'm going to get a refund and not look back.
You say trust me, but there is no proof on your end. So there is no way for people on the forum to validate if you cheated or not. Likewise, I am not here to say you did or did not cheat as I also have no information about your ban. The entire argument about being legit or not is irrelevant here. What are the facts here? You got banned do to a flag in EA system (maybe due to something wrong on their end, but they also ban players rightfully so). As for your statement in regards to older players not cheating, that is simply not true. Players can cheat at all ages at any time in their gaming career. Since you've said you played 20+ years, then you should be able to recall the times where players were using hacks on their Packard Bell/Compaq/Gateway computers since the days of Quake, Half life mods such as Counter-Strike, etc. I vividly remember that.
And since you say you are part of the older generation, you already know EA's reputation (or any other major triple A studio) in regards to getting bugs/false bans/etc getting resolved. It will not be expeditious. I'm sure you followed the petition to ban, but just in case, another user has provided has outlined steps. Although these steps are for a different EA game, the process is very much the same.
First off I want to say thank you for a helpful and constructive response. I appreciate your willingness to help and be a fellow gamer and community member. Yes, I agree with you on how what you expressed can be perceived, because this is a forum with limited information. As far as proof, I'm willing to provide what ever is possible, i just dont know what that is. I have nothing to hide... i bought a brand new (from the store) laptop before playing this game... installed games and that's it . Primarily this post was to get the attention from someone at EA as I've exhausted all aspects of customer service. Appeal to the ban, automated ai advisors, tickets created....but nothing has happened ... with only automated responses saying "we will help you". Im pretty sure ea's customer service is completely AI now. I have not talked to one actual person in this process. I do understand how companies (like EA)have been in the past with it not being a expeditious process. Which is definitely the case now...hence why I'm posting this (plus it's recommended by the AI advisors). I just hope there would be some progression over 2 and half months. Yet again I'm much more appreciative of a response like this, and thank you. Im glad there are people willing to want to help or discuss in a constructive / meaningful manner

Look, mate, at this point, I would stop playing the series. There is no reason to go sour publicly. I am not saying the anti-cheat software is without its flaws. You might have been banned for typing random stuff in the game chat.
Players sometimes type stuff when I go full berserk with SG 553 or other OP weapons, or think that I am on the controller. I am not banned because there is no reason to ban me, so I have no idea why you got busted this time. I know long-time customers with over 40 years on their necks who have attempted to cheat. They have not played long.
So you believe the system wrongfully flagged you with you running normal and appropriate settings/Set ups? Why do you think this would be?
Yes I do, and this is exactly the problem. Why would it do that. You are quick to jump to a conclusion, but put this in perspective. Normally I would say the same thing "it should be flagging cheating software" but In my case there is nothing...and I've never done anything in game to provoke. IE bad behavior I only play with friends in private chat and don't use public chat or text chat. So If you were in this position just out of perspective, would you be frustrated with this system and EA and what would you do? ... and then have people immediately just stating you are cheating.
