Wrongfully banned

Question

I was banned with no reason. Appealed but was declined twice. Now the email said "After completing two full investigations into your complaint, we consider this matter closed."

ARE YOU EA SPORTS robbing me????????????? I spent real dollars in this game, and thats how you company treat a loyal and honest player. except from appealing again, i really dont know what i can do.

this game is everything to me. why? ea sports? why? why me???????
