XP cap is still on battlepass
getting 15k score in a round and only getting 3 points (0.3 level) in a round on battle pass level 10 is ridiculously low and slow. The cap is not removed at all.

It might be worth replying to this thread, so they're aware that you still seem to be experiencing the cap:
give us bp boost now to compensate for 3 days. Wasted 3 days intentionally farming bp early on to make it easier later and all taht for 0.3 level per round.
