XP Restrictions are currently set are killing the experience

Just make it so BOT kills gain no XP but player kills do count.... It can't be that hard to set. Also, BOT health being unable to change for hardcore servers is ridiculous... Just remove the 20 player start requirements...this is the ONLY reason bots are enabled on a lot of servers... To hit the 20, just remove this and the whole bot XP crap won't matter.... 

We have ideas for legit custom maps, and would love to have them in our server once completed but we cant cause the XP Restrictions is nonsense.... If anything else, I know me and my team would willingly pay $2-5 to have a custom map verified by BFStudios for full XP... Though IT SHOULD BE FREE
